Griffin Technology designs and manufactures computer peripherals, consumer electronics, and accessories for smartphones and mobile devices. We were one of the first 3rd-party vendors to produce peripherals for Apple's iPod. We are now the leading maker of cases, chargers, and accessories for the iPhone and iPad, as well as Samsung Galaxy and many other devices.
 
Tax Policy
We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipping to Tennessee. Rakuten.com currently automatically charges sales tax with respect to any marketplace products shipped to California.

Orders generally ship in 1-2 business days, and may ship the same day, if the items are in stock and the order is placed prior to 1:00 pm CST. Orders ship Monday - Friday. No orders ship on Saturday, Sunday, or shipping holidays*.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Although, tracking information may not be available for 1-2 business days after your order ships.

Cancellations/Order Changes

Griffin Technology is not able to make changes to an order once the order has been placed. You can contact Griffin Technology's Customer Service team to attempt to cancel the order prior to shipment. If the order has already shipped, you will need to set up a return for refund. In order to process orders as quickly as possible, we may not be able cancel an order before it has shipped. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Shipping Holidays

Delivery is unavailable on shipping holidays and holidays are not counted towards processing or transit time. Orders can be placed on holidays and will ship as soon as possible.

  • Thanksgiving (shipping restarts Monday)
  • Christmas Eve (December 24th)

Griffin's return policy allows for products purchased directly from Griffin to be returned after obtaining a return authorization number (RMA) from customer support. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the order and ship the return within 30 days of setting up the return. (If possible, reference the "doc #" on the paperwork that came with the shipment when contacting us.)

Item not as described

Exchanges

Place a new order on Griffin Technology's Rakuten Store and contact customer support to set up a return for refund.

Mailing your return

Follow the instructions emailed by customer support. Griffin Technology and Rakuten are not responsible for items that are lost in transit, therefore we suggest using a traceable shipping service when shipping back returns.
